The installation was absolutely excellent, especially considering the price. However, in my case, I had to spend five hours helping out. Six weeks ago, I had a fixed staircase installed by Mr. Zwartjes. It still needs to be finished, and three bulkheads were damaged during the installation process. Unfortunately, this company doesn't keep or make appointments. The last step he had with him was too short and would be finished later. Six weeks later, I called and asked when he expected to finish it. My response was that he'd already spent enough time on it and that he'd come when it was convenient for him. All in all, the installation was excellent, but the handling was terrible, and the communication was laughable.

Very poor communication, no response to messages. Poor, very sloppy workmanship. I do not recommend this company. I even considered filing a fraud report.
