ZPN gave us very honest advice about how many solar panels we needed to install. We also purchased a heat pump and a heat pump boiler from them. At the time of writing, the heat pump has been partially installed; the boiler still needs to be installed, but the solar panels are already in place. Everything was neatly installed, and the staff was very friendly. The only point for improvement would be better communication between the various departments. For example, the inverter was located where the installers had planned to install the heat pump's indoor unit. It was ultimately resolved well, but that could have been done better. Because we also needed a 3-phase connection, they also replaced the fuse box. I had requested a larger one because we need quite a few circuits. In the end, they didn't install a very large one, and now I have to install a separate box for 4 circuits next to it. Therefore, 4 stars instead of 5. Nevertheless, I would recommend everyone to do their sustainability projects here. They don't try to sell you unnecessary things and they give honest and professional advice and a very neat installation!

Robert, a solar energy consultant from Zonnepanelen Noord, was able to clearly explain the process to us. He knows his stuff, is experienced, and even regularly climbs onto roofs himself. Regarding the subsidy, for which we needed customized documentation, they were straightforward and responded promptly. The installation day was also very well organized. A team of three men, including our consultant, came to install the panels. They were excellent with the explanation of the installation, the app, their accessibility for questions, and the overall service and installation.
