Proces is managed decently, nothing outstanding. Information is given well. But any discussions between the two seperating people is not managed; simply just said: 'you have to figure it out together' Expected more of that situation in helping what is legally more logical within that discussion; that part does not feel like getting your money's worth. Plus a bit of lack of empathy. Financial proces is not very clear. A lot of meetings and a lot of adjustments and explainations neccesary. People from legal are very good and quick, very well done. Finances are slower and does not feel like they put pressure on it. We had the total package including the mortgage advice. In the concept calculation they calculated again 4K for mortgage advice. When asking why it's in, they just said: 'we removed it from the calculation'. Not saying sorry they made a mistake, just taking it out... weird. All in all: ok. But not necessarily recommend

Knowledgeable, but unbelievably slow. They sometimes took weeks to reply to emails. It felt like the onus was on us to keep chasing everything to make sure the process actually progressed. Overall, it felt like they were just phoning-it-in, and in the end we were left seriously wondering what service they had actually provided for all the money they took... Not recommended.

Serious mistakes, significant damage – stay away from Zorgeloosch I paid a substantial sum to have my divorce professionally handled through Zorgeloosch, but what I received was amateurish and damaging. They calculated that I would have to pay alimony for 12 years. For five years, I paid a substantial monthly amount until I had a lawyer recalculate it for me. The result? I hadn't had to pay any alimony at all. This was also confirmed by two other lawyers as a second opinion. In 2022, Zorgeloosch reviewed the calculation again — again, they gave no indication that anything was wrong. One star is still too many. These mistakes should never have happened. I'm posting this review to warn others and hope that Zorgeloosch takes responsibility.

Divorce is already frustrating enough; if you hire a company like Zorgeloosch, you expect to be taken care of. This is nowhere to be found. A simple, minimally fussed divorce, which they said should be settled within 6 to 8 weeks, is now taking almost a year. We were poorly informed, had to resubmit documents several times, and even the final stages regarding the mortgage were not going well. Definitely not recommended!
