I went to the store on a Saturday. A few weeks later, they came to measure and provide a quote. Five weeks later, everything was neatly installed, as agreed! Good communication via email, friendly staff, and skilled craftsmen! Highly recommended!

Beware of scammers. They came to us in 2019 to do repairs and install new roller shutter boxes. They did a very poor job. A lot of strange things happened. Most of the boxes are now loose, one was even attached with glue and a single screw instead of two or three to hold it securely. This screw couldn't handle the weight and broke off. There's now a broken screw in the wall... I called to say they did a bad job and that it's their fault, but they want a refund for €45 as a starting price, plus the cost of materials. It might be out of warranty, but it's your fault that it went so badly. Also, some screws that didn't fit the roller shutter were simply screwed in. We paid €1100 for all this stuff, which is way too much. If I had done this myself, it probably would have been much cheaper...

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. We wanted to order a screen. Everything had been measured and it was supposed to be ordered. I was supposed to receive a quote, but I didn't. After months of waiting, I called. The guy had forgotten to order the screen!! Then, after a long wait, the screen arrived. It turned out the dimensions were completely wrong. How could they? It had been measured, and we had already provided the measurements. They came to measure again. After another wait, they called to say the box hadn't been ordered and it would take even longer. When the screen finally arrived, it turned out the operation wasn't correct either. It was eventually resolved, but all in all, it took a year and caused a lot of frustration. And on top of that, the communication was terrible. They were difficult to reach by phone and only open on weekends. Never again will we use the sun protection industry! What a bunch of bunglers.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Zonwering Industrie Winterswijk. On the day of the appointment, no technician showed up, so my girlfriend requested extra time off from work. After contacting them by email, a new appointment was scheduled. The email stated that the incident would be taken into account. When the technicians arrived, I clearly indicated that blinds were still being installed. The roller blind holders were then installed in all three plastic window frames, preventing blinds from being hung in front of them. The roller blind holders were then removed. Unfortunately, several screw holes are now visible. A week later, I received the invoice, which made no mention of the incident. After sending two emails and receiving no response, a new invoice arrived a week later with a small fee. We simply paid it. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience.
