What terrible service! I spent thousands of euros on blinds here, and one of the screens came loose from the wall because it was installed incorrectly. They even fixed it themselves. Instead of properly fixing it, they simply sent a huge bill for their own mistake. This company takes absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes. If you value reliability and customer service, stay away from this company.

It couldn't be worse. About three and a half years ago, I had a roller shutter installed on my bedroom window. After installation, sunlight was constantly shining through. I called several times about this, and the solution was fine. But now the roller shutter isn't working at all. I called the repairman right away, and he told me the repairman was on vacation and that we would be notified after a month and a half when they could come. We specifically hired another company to have the roller shutter raised slightly for fire safety reasons. After a month and a half, I called back, and the man told me there was no warranty. He also said I should have gotten a more expensive one. He also said he didn't know what the repair would cost and still doesn't know when someone could come. He doesn't know anything and doesn't want to do anything about it. Finally, he told me it was my own fault because I supposedly let the roller shutter roll against the window. Which didn't even happen. Very unprofessional, but also extremely antisocial and rude behavior on the phone. I don't recommend this to anyone!
