At first, it was a really great company, but once we indicated we'd be doing the installation ourselves, Mr. Eektimmerman suddenly became less friendly and helpful. We had a lot of problems with the connection. He did say he was "trying" to help, but had to repeatedly repeat that these were the consequences of installing it ourselves. Meanwhile, there wasn't much help, but we managed to get it done with the help of another company. In retrospect, we regret doing business with this company. I wish others a better experience.

Due to an error on their website, I received the wrong parts. After consulting with them and paying an additional €243, the correct parts were delivered. It then took me an additional four hours to convert the system with the new parts. After requesting a credit for the old parts and collecting them, I received another bill for €14.23. Extremely poor service. I will never buy anything from them again.

I ordered two inverters online, but one was defective and already used. The service was extremely poor and they offered no help. They simply referred me to the manufacturer's service department. I will never buy anything from them again!

Very well supervised from start (quotation) to end (installation and delivery). Never any ambiguities, service was top, quality of technicians perfect and all agreements were kept.

I wanted to create a Van der Valk east-west setup, knowing that parts were currently a problem, so I inquired with them first. They said they could deliver a week later, so I placed and paid for the order. It later turned out that some parts wouldn't be delivered for a few weeks, according to them, but other suppliers were already talking about at least six weeks. I also had to keep contacting them to stay informed, so I canceled the order; thankfully, the refund was quick. Unfortunately, they're biting off more than they can chew. So, not a good deal for me.
