"No service at all" In January 2020, panels were installed to my satisfaction. After two years, the Solar Edge inverter app stopped working. I called the Smit family's company. They didn't have time to come, maybe in a few months. After much insistence, I finally made an appointment and took time off work. They didn't show up. I called again and again, but they didn't call back. They refused to schedule an appointment, even in two or three months. They prioritize new customers over providing service to existing ones and therefore don't fulfill their obligations. They said I was lucky they answered the phone. My advice: find an installer in your area, and definitely not this company.

My experience is deplorable I have a Fronius IG 20 with a fault in it? My wife has spoken to the company several times but is being given the runaround; the thing is 8 years old? Oh well, then just buy a new one This is just great And now I called them this morning? Oh yes, you will be called back as soon as possible; that was 5 hours ago This is dramatic I do not recommend this company with Fronius inverters to anyone

I've been in contact with several employees from the time I requested a quote until now. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The company is easy to reach by phone and honors their agreements. The panel installation went smoothly, and the installers left everything neat and tidy.

Two years ago, I had solar panels installed. I followed all the steps perfectly. Completed in an afternoon. The cables were even so neatly concealed that none were visible. Now, two years later, I have a question about lowering the inverter for finishing purposes. I made an appointment right away and was helped immediately. Excellent.
