A year ago, I contacted Zon-Nl to install solar panels. First, my meter box had to be completely replaced. That was done quite quickly. The electrician also conducted a survey during which all agreements were recorded regarding how the panels and inverter were to be positioned. The electrician also prepared everything for the installation. After several appointments for the installation of the solar panels, which did not take place due to matters beyond Zon-Nl's control (illness, accidents), it became apparent during the third appointment that my roof was not suitable for installing solar panels due to its age and maintenance. I therefore chose not to install the solar panels for the time being. Last month, I had the entire roof replaced and then called Zon-Nl. They were scheduled to come by just one week later. Unfortunately, there was a storm in the Netherlands that day, so the appointment could not go ahead for the fourth time. Annoying, but once again not Zon-Nl's fault. Importantly, I was informed in advance of every cancellation and knew where I stood. Even with less-than-good news. However, today was the day! The installers were friendly and ultimately installed and configured the entire system in 2.5 hours. Logging into the app was effortless, and registering the panels also went smoothly. All in all, there were a huge number of bumps in the road, but now I have 8 solar panels and I am happy with the service from this company.

Poor service, doesn't keep appointments; we've been waiting a month and a half for an appointment with a technician to fix our air conditioning. They keep saying they'll call back in a few days for an appointment, but Zon.nl still hasn't called.

De informatie die ik van de verkoper, Rik van den Berg, was goed en voor zover ik dat nu kan beoordeling ook correct. De meerdere contacten na onze eerste gesprek waardeer ik. De technische schouw gaf mij het vertrouwen dat de mogelijkheden die werden aangegeven bij het verkoopgesprek ook daadwerkelijk waargemaakt zullen worden. Er moest wel een aanpassing in de offerte worden aangebracht omdat het daarin opgenomen buffervat niet nodig was.

Vriendelijke mensen die na de intake goed en netjes werk leveren. Uitbreiding van de meterkast is ook nog even tussendoor gedaan. Fijn dat we een vast aanspreekpunt hadden voor de vragen die we hadden. Jammer dat het weer niet meezat zodat de planning niet gehaald kon worden maar na de weersverbetering zijn de panelen snel gelegd.
