Lady, why are you parking your car here? After 35 minutes, she arrives, says, "I didn't know that," arrogantly and irritatedly, getting in the car and driving away. No apologies, no sorry, nothing. Arrogant, antisocial, and not a good advertisement for this company. Best regards!!

After having a sun canopy installed by Zon-Comfort several years ago, to my complete satisfaction, I recently had a minor issue: the awning no longer closed properly in the cassette, and two weeks later, it started hanging crooked. I called both times, and a technician was sent within a day to fix these minor issues at no cost. Service you rarely encounter these days!
