We are very happy with the attic renovation delivered by Zolderverbouwing Latenstein! The men delivered the dormer in one day and after that in a couple of days they have build very neath rooms exactly like we wanted. They have eye for precision, they are very customer-focused, they deliver high quality, they listen and think along, they fix things when a construction problem occurs and they are always reachable and communicate clearly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is going to do an attic renovation. Thanks Wesley and team for the amazing job!

I am very happy with the quality, service which Zolderverbouw larenstein delivered. They helped us for the attic renovation and dormer deliver, actually this is the second time I asked them for the help. The project they did really with fast speed, high quality. They are doing what they promised, even with some small things, they could try to help to fix it. We chose Zolderverbouw Larenstein for the complete attic renovation of our 1960s terraced house in Nootdorp. This way, it will last for years to come. The project involved a large dormer window (repositioned ridge) at the rear, a smaller one at the front, and improved insulation of the remaining roof area. We are delighted with the new attic room and the landing/laundry room. Of course, such a large project (for us) does come with challenges, but we received excellent support and everything was resolved efficiently. Dormer windows with triple glazing, roof insulation, a skylight, roller shutters, sliding wardrobes, and a boiler room/laundry room.

In July, we had a dormer window installed by Larenstein, including the interior finishing work. From start to finish, we had a consistently positive experience. Unlike other companies, they're not just "box pushers." They stand behind their products and genuinely pay attention to each customer's specific situations and needs. Communication and the support from the back office were truly excellent. The dormer installation went smoothly and expertly, thanks to the friendly and hardworking team. Unfortunately, we didn't anticipate a two-hour rain shower on the day itself (even the rain radar didn't), which left the entire attic soaked. But we handled this perfectly. The professional who took care of the finishing work also did a great job. This, combined with the excellent painting work from another company, resulted in a beautiful result. If we ever need to do anything with dormers or attic conversions again in the future, I know where to go.
