We've been a Zelfstroom customer for years and rent our solar panels. We've always been completely satisfied. We had a problem with the inverter. It stopped working properly. We replaced it with a new one after a pleasant conversation with customer service. The other reviews here are all about advertising, so they don't say much about being a customer. And let's be honest: advertising is often annoying ;-) So I'd say look beyond the reviews, because it's a great company.

Like many others here, I've been inundated with letters even though we already have solar panels. I've already called twice to cancel. They said the system would update this. Unfortunately, the letters are still coming.

Sending unnecessary letters in the municipality of Oldambt. We've already received more than 10 about solar panels, which we already have. Do your research before sending letters; it's an unnecessary waste of paper.

Stop sending letters. We already have solar panels, and thankfully not from you. Pushy nonsense with those letters. How is that environmentally friendly with constantly sending letters? Grrr.
