We keep receiving mail that says we are 'selected' for a solar panel project in our neighbourhood. This way of wording is probably chosen with the intention of making us feel special? However; we already have solar panels and so does a large part of our neighbourhood so all it does is make think this is an unprofessional company. Especially in this day and age where all information can be found everywhere, you would assume to be targeted with relevant mail in the mailbox.

Solar panels yes, Zelfstroom NO! Sales man misleading (lying or incompetent?). Technical Inspection utterly useless. The little info that had to be transmitted was not. Result: the installation had to be aborted and rescheduled. It took 1.5 weeks before a resolution. Multiple promises to contact us back were never kept. The planner I finally got on the phone was rude. When they finally came for the new installation, weeks later, they still had not the proper materials and had to go back and get it. They installed the transformer at a location the equipment information booklet indicates as unsuitable. The app does not always work (indicates there is no power generated whereas the transformer indicates otherwise).

Good communication, very efficient installation service. Now I have 9 solar panels on the roof of my house, installed in about 3 hrs. Let's see how the production performance are going to be, to check the cost/benefit.
