I recently contacted Zegers Construction through my insurance company to assess the damage to my roof and determine its cause. Unfortunately, I'm very dissatisfied with their service and even felt ripped off. The problem started when, after waiting four weeks for a response (from Joost), they recommended replacing the gravel gutter, with a cost estimate of approximately €300. What surprised me was that the person who came to assess the damage (from their own company) cited a completely different cause for the damage. This made me suspect they were simply making a fuss to generate extra revenue. Instead of following their advice, I decided to repair the damage myself with a simple can of roof coating that cost only €15. The fact that I could fix the problem so easily and cheaply reinforced my feeling of being ripped off. It seems that Zegers Construction isn't genuinely interested in finding the most cost-effective solution for their clients, but rather focused on maximizing their own profits. It's important that other potential clients are aware of this so they can make an informed decision. Therefore, I want to share this (negative) experience as a warning to others considering working with Zegers Construction. I hope this review will encourage them to reconsider their practices and strive for a more honest and customer-focused approach.

Poor delivery. If you want to speak to someone at the office, they don't return your calls. (Especially Frans van den Velden) project manager. They don't have enough qualified staff. That's why they're lagging behind. After three months of various successful repair projects, we're somewhat more positive about Zegers construction company. This is partly due to the dedication of Henry van Vliet, the project manager.

Chris, Michel, and Joost from Zegers Bouw. Top-notch bosses, no other words. Thanks, Joost, for being so accessible and responding so quickly. You handled everything very well! A role model for many (construction) companies! Michel and Chris, two top-notch people who delivered outstanding work, quickly solving our nearly two-year woes. They were always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing but praise for this company, and especially for these people! Turkish (coffee) kisses from 't Gooi! ;-)

A friendly and reliable company. Their employees are polite and work neatly. They deliver quality work. Problems are addressed immediately and a solution is sought immediately. Very satisfied with the end result.

When a previous job runs late, they don't even call to say they'll be back a day. You have to follow up yourself. And then it's not their fault.
