Dangerous drivers on the highway. Cut us off and afterwards on the highway breaks to 70km / h when there is nobody in the front. But maybe it be because the mom teaching her son driving with the company car because as we could finally pass them legally I noticed the driver is a child and the passenger had her hand on the wheel. Anyway teach your employees to use the company car without putting other people life in danger.

I hereby file a formal complaint regarding the extremely dangerous and intimidating driving behavior of a driver of a vehicle belonging to your organization. On Friday, February 27, 2026, at approximately 6:00 AM, I was driving on Sloeweg Noord towards Terneuzen. Shortly thereafter, the driver of a Caddy/van belonging to your company began tailgating me for a prolonged period at a very short distance, without any traffic necessity. This occurred even though I was already driving at a more than adequate speed with the flow of traffic. At the toll booths of the Westerscheldetunnelweg, the driver overtook me, gave me an intimidating look, and accelerated aggressively. A few minutes later, I encountered him again, during which he repeatedly and deliberately prevented me from passing safely. Despite my clear intention to pass, he unnecessarily continued to drive to the left and made several sudden steering movements towards my lane as I attempted to pass him. This forced me to brake sharply several times to avoid a collision. This behavior was not only intimidating but also posed a direct threat to my safety and that of other road users. After exiting the Westerschelde Tunnel, I saw the driver continue to display the same aggressive behavior towards other vehicles. I consider this unacceptable and irresponsible behavior, especially from someone driving a company vehicle and thus representing your organization. I urge you to investigate this incident internally and take appropriate action against the employee in question. I would also like to inform you that I intend to report this to the police and/or file a complaint for dangerous and intimidating driving. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and look forward to your substantive response.

They make a lot of promises over the phone. I had a malfunction, and they said they'd come fix the central heating. A day later, I get a call saying they can't do anything. Then they get angry and don't believe my story. I also had to wait eight days for a response at my old house. In short, never sign a contract here or have your boiler installed.

Two stars because they answer the phone but don't help you at all. I've sent several emails to them about my right of withdrawal and that I want to exercise it, but they haven't responded to any other emails. That's why I don't trust them. My advice is to choose someone else. Good luck.
