Initially, contact with Zandberg Plumbing was pleasant, and an appointment was quickly scheduled. Unfortunately, the follow-up was quite disappointing. The technician barely did anything during his visit, except give us some general tips about adjusting the thermostat. We tried this ourselves, but the very next day, it turned out that the problem—the inability to properly regulate the water temperature in the shower—remained. When I reported this to customer service, they reacted noticeably defensively. They said they couldn't help because the faucet (installed by the previous residents) came from a hardware store, and they couldn't order parts for it. When I asked why this hadn't been checked before scheduling an appointment (which could have saved us time and money), I was told I should have sent a photo myself. They also asked why I had even called an expensive technician to fix a hardware store faucet. I found that unfriendly and unprofessional. All in all, a disappointing experience—both in handling and communication. Update: A month has passed and unfortunately, we haven't heard anything from the company. Very disappointing; the friendly response to this review gave us hope that this could be resolved. But unfortunately, it hasn't.

We had both plumbing work done and a bathroom renovation. We were very satisfied; it looks great, and the service from the technicians was super friendly. Everything was left tidy every day.
