Funderingsherstel made a new foundation under my house. All went wall through all the stages of the project. The workers are super friendly and it felt safe allowing them into my house, especially the drilling team. The project manager(s) were also easy going and understanding to our constraints. Great experience overall.

We really appreciated zaanstad Funderingen BV's foundation work. First of all, the communication was efficient and helpful. The whole procedure from the beginning to the end was smoothy. We highly grateful to our reliable and responsible project manager Hany, and Luuk. And every one worked on our project. Secondly, it's a professional team with well organized work. They were punctual on the schedule and completed the work in a great way. We were even not on site but moved out of the country, we received the pictures and videos from our project manager showing every important point of work. They worked carefully and kept our things as minimum damage as possible. It's really an impressive work. Last but not least, They offered us extra miles of helps, suggestions with their kind patience to explain our doubt, questions etc. Again we were super appreciated it. Highly recommended and thanks for them, we had least stresses on the foundation construction works.

I recently renovated the foundations of my home with Zaanstad Funderingen BV, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. "Fundeering Herstel" is an intimidating project (it also sounds pretty scary in Dutch), and choosing the right partner is critical for success. Luuk and Wouter made a great first impression, explaining to me all the steps of the process in great detail from the very beginning. Hany, the project manager, was beyond amazing: he kept us informed throughout the entire period, giving us peace of mind and great confidence. The work was performed without any surprise, and they kept operating steadily even during the summer period, completing the job a couple of weeks ahead of schedule, which - in my experience with renovations - is unprecedented. Upon completion, and after a thorough handover, a few minor things need to be finalized, and I am thrilled to see that the company is still by my side, helping me sort out the final details. They go the extra mile, helping the customer and advising them on the best next steps. I hope not to have to renovate any more foundations in my lifetime, but if I do, I will choose Zaanstad Funderingen again.

Zaanstad Funderingen is a great company to work with. They were very professional and answered all my questions with patience. When the work started, Hany kept me informed of how the job was progressing and what was going to happen next. He was very responsive and always supportive to solve any issues and concerns. Their crews were helpful too. So I highly recommend the company.
