Paid €700 for a valuation report (taxatierapport). The inspection was on Monday 07/07/25, and then… nothing. No updates, no feedback, no replies for two weeks. I had to call myself to find out they were waiting for a signed purchase agreement. I finally sent the signed agreement on Monday 27/07/25, called to explain it was urgent (it was literally the only thing holding up my mortgage), and was told I’d have the report in 1–2 days. On Friday 01/08/25 at noon, after yet another call, I was promised I’d get it in 50 minutes — a few hours later I got an email saying the taxateur was hospitalised. I finally received the report the following Monday 04/08/25, only to discover they had forgotten to include the requested post-renovation value. To top it off, they charged me €150 extra to add it, even though it was their mistake. I have every email to prove this. Honestly, the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I had a very poor experience with this valuation service, specifically with the assigned valuator Bas Zaadnoordijk. He arrived late for the initial appointment, which already set the tone. After that, communication became a major issue. He was consistently unreachable for follow-ups, despite multiple attempts to contact him. I clearly stated upfront that I needed the valuation report within two weeks. Three weeks later, I still had not received anything and could not get hold of him. Even the back office was unable to reach him, which was quite concerning. After about four weeks, I was informed there were “personal issues.” While I understand that things can happen, there was no proactive communication at any point, and the situation was not handled professionally. As a client, you expect at least basic updates, especially when timelines are critical. Because of the delays, I had no choice but to hire another valuator to get the report done. The refund process was equally frustrating. After requesting a refund, it took another two months to receive it. During that time, I reached out multiple times, with little to no response. Overall, I must have followed up more than a dozen times just to get closure. This experience cost me significant time, effort, and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others to think twice and ensure they choose a valuator who communicates clearly, respects timelines, and handles clients professionally.

Appointment for Wednesday, December 31st at 3:30 PM, the gentleman called at 3:00 PM to say he was still in The Hague and couldn't make it today. Rescheduled to Friday, January 2nd at 1:00 PM. No answer until 1:30 PM when I called him and got the answer, "Boy, you've confused me, I'll be right over. I was with my wife." Not my problem! But he stayed calm! Then he arrived within 10 minutes, wanted to quickly do his appraisal, and walked away, while we clearly had questions. He also stayed calm again. Verbally promised to have the report ready next Friday (January 9th), but unfortunately, nothing. Their website says within 7 business days, and that's already passed! Called the office with multiple return requests from January 9th to today, January 14th, still no answer, almost two weeks later! The operator on Friday was also very arrogant and antisocial, completely unwilling to look for a solution, but constantly retorted, like a robot, "I'll pass it on, I can't do anything right now." This is a highly inadvisable and extremely poor company; these doors should have been closed long ago.

If you call about it, they won't call you back. Finally, they call you to reschedule the appointment, and you confront him about it. Then he actually doesn't want to come, but because we needed an appraisal quickly and it was right before the holidays, they agreed on a final price of €550.00. The appointment was quickly arranged. During the appointment, he says he'll only take a few photos to prove he's been there. Then you have to wait another two weeks for the report, which is still full of errors. For example, district heating is planned for the future (it's been there since the property was built in 1998), and our name as the client is misspelled. He tried several times by phone and app, but despite promises to call back, he doesn't respond.
