Our experience with WoonHub Makelaars is very bad. I won the house, but the business owner wanted to give the house to someone else. I found out about this after 3 weeks after a long wait, even though I called them and emailed them several times. First they said that someone else had a bigger offer and after I threatened to write a bad review, they finally told us that we have the highest offer, but they decided to give it to someone else in other conditions. This is a very unfair situation that has certainly left us with the feeling that we are being fooled and manipulated...

Being an expat living in the Netherlands, I got nice support from Woonhub. They're professional, quick response, communicate in fluent English, etc. The most important is they know Den Bosch very well. They guided me to avoid the unsafe areas and reviewed the dutch contract together with me. I would recommend them to my friends who would like to buy a property in Den Bosch!

Please don't do business with this property, stay far away! Real estate agent Nick van der Velden initially presents himself as a reliable agent, but he has absolutely no knowledge of the business. He was treated utterly rudely at several viewings. He made an offer that was 25,000 higher than number 2 (see the logbook). He was turned down with an excuse (allegedly from the sellers) and then sold it to a friendly house flipper...! Absolutely incompetent with an ulterior motive, beware!
