If you want support with buying a home - then DO NOT go to woonaccent! We contacted woonaccent in November; we wanted help buying our first home - but we received no help. We contacted them regarding 4 properties because we were interested; the buying agent (a certain Dennis) was present at 1(!) viewing, but for the other 3, we were on our own. When I shared these concerns over the phone, they indicated that this is not a normal situation. According to the email, a buying agent would be present for a 5th property, but no, it was a mistake in the email. These people won't even manage an apology - a huge disappointment and a waste of time - it is a shame that you trust these people when buying your first home, but that for them it is actually only about the money and bringing in as many clients as possible. Otherwise, they would have made time for us.

We're very satisfied with our real estate agent, Dennis, and the agency. Both the purchase and sale of our houses went fantastically. It was a joy to work together. Communication was easy, there was a great understanding of the situation, and the price-quality ratio was simply excellent. We also found the expertise of Dennis, his colleagues in the office, and the photographer and stylist to be excellent. Even though all three houses were located outside of Enschede, they handled everything with ease. Despite this being a very intensive process for us, we couldn't have wished for a better agency. Woonaccent Enschede truly exceeded my expectations. Dennis is a very dedicated and experienced real estate agent who knows his stuff, but what I also found incredibly valuable was Lisanne, a wonderful and service-oriented assistant real estate agent who takes care of everything down to the last detail. Woonaccent takes care of everything that needs to be arranged. In short, a truly excellent and reliable real estate agent!
