Responds quickly. During and after the viewing, I had quite a few technical questions that could have been included in the brochure. These were eventually answered through discussion. The bidding process (with an end date and no insight into other bids) was very clear, but it took some getting used to as a newcomer to the market. Unfortunately, there was a higher bid.

We had a wonderful viewing of our dream home. The real estate agent took his time with us, even though we already had a good offer. They told us it would be difficult, but we were always welcome to submit another offer. The honest communication, thoughtful approach, and the freedom we were given made for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for our first dream home, so we'd be happy to work with the agent again in the future.
