Wolvers did our boiler maintenance. Initially, we were satisfied; he was always difficult to reach, but we were able to schedule an appointment. Our pipework and radiators also needed maintenance, so we asked him to look at them. He largely resolved everything. There was a radiator in our kitchen that he thought he could repair. We then told him we'd be happy if it had to be replaced entirely, "better done right than done halfway." He insisted it could be repaired, so we had confidence; after all, it's his job and expertise. After two days, the radiator blew, and our entire kitchen flooded with water. Fortunately, my husband was home at the time, so he could prevent the worst of the damage. I then called Wolvers, directing them to have someone come and fix it immediately. Thanks to his father, who removed the radiator and prevented further damage. After that, the hassle started. I tried every possible way to contact Wolvers, but I couldn't get through. Texts, phone calls, and voicemails, but Wolvers was clearly done with it. However, when we try to contact him using a different number, he does answer and comes up with one excuse after another. "I was planning to call you this week, or I'm still on vacation." Our kitchen was missing a radiator, and it still needed to be fixed. Our old radiator is still at Wolvers because they wanted to try to "fix" it. We've since given up trying to contact him. It would have been great if this guy had just called and said, "I'm not going to do anything about it anymore." Now he's been stringing us along from April to September. Unreliable and non-transparent—that's how we'd describe him now. It's better to choose a more professional person who keeps their promises and delivers their work properly. Wolvers is a "NO GO" for us.

On June 6th, the central heating boiler was serviced and inspected by Wolvers Comfort Garant in Uden. They installed the boiler in 2015 and had been servicing it for years. Mr. Wolvers didn't have any inspection stickers available at that time, but he said he would put them in the mailbox the following week. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, and after four or five phone calls, each time promising to have it done "tomorrow," there's still nothing. Emails are completely ignored. During the last call, he said he had put it in the mailbox "yesterday." Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong house number (the neighbor's), but he said he would deliver it to the correct address today (?). However, the neighbors are completely unaware of this. When I commented that I'd had enough of having to keep calling about it and that I'd otherwise take it further, he responded by saying I'd have to investigate it further and that he wouldn't deliver anything at all. He then said, "Just find someone else," and then hung up. I find Wolvers Comfort Garant's behavior extremely unprofessional and unfriendly to customers, especially since they performed both the installation and the annual maintenance. A complaint has since been filed with CO-keur Nederland.

A few years ago, I bought an expensive ATAG boiler and had it installed by Wolvers. After three years, the pressure dropped increasingly frequently, and the boiler needed topping up. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach him, I decided to have another ATAG-certified dealer service the boiler. He suspected a problem with the heat exchanger and suggested it might still be covered by the warranty from the dealer I bought it from. So, I finally made an appointment with Wolvers. Upon arrival, he saw the other company's maintenance sticker and immediately disappeared, adding some nasty words to my family. My wife was stunned. Even after calling him about the incident, I couldn't talk to him. I never asked for a free repair or a free warranty, but I did ask for a solution. This isn't the Wolvers of the past, so be aware of that! And no, I'm not the only one, as I read here. Comfort guarantee no longer applies here.

My boiler is a few years old and was malfunctioning regularly. Wolvers came by the same day I called, but the problem persisted. Eventually, Atag came by and solved the problem. It all took a while, but the service was excellent and resolved! 😀

Heeft willens en wetens een budget-ketel (Ferroli, Google maar eens op het nieuws) geleverd/geplaatst en neemt daar vervolgens geen verantwoordelijkheid in. Bij navraag geeft Wolvers zelf aan ze niet meer te willen onderhouden en slechte ervaring te hebben gehad in het verleden. Ik heb oprecht geprobeerd opbouwend tot een oplossing te komen, maar krijg geen enkele medewerking, jammer... Mocht je het hele verhaal willen on voor jezelf af te wegen wie er "gelijk" heeft in deze situatie, laat maar weten, ik heb geen geheimen en probeer naar eer en geweten te reviewen.
