My request was handled quickly and very professionally. The operator was very kind and answered all my question and addressed all my doubts in a polite and effective way. Hoping the followup will be at the same level than the Cust Serv

I'm absolutely mortified that I fell for this... Now I'm stuck with this for life, since I can't find another social housing unit (and yes, I'd move there in a heartbeat if I could). The director supposedly wants to help the less fortunate, but I think he mainly helped himself to a job with a job guarantee (after all, Wocozon itself is the only one who can terminate the contracts). I don't feel helped at all, but rather cheated. I hesitated until the very last moment before signing, and I calculated a hundred times how much I would save. That saving (according to my own calculations; Wocozon is smart enough to only mention/guarantee the generation of energy and not the savings) would amount to about 50 euros per month. So, I finally signed the contract. Because yes, a 600 euro annual saving is truly enormous for me. Well, long story short: within two months of installing the panels, Eneco changed my contract, reducing my savings from €50 to €1 per month… At least, that's what I'm getting at; it's practically impossible to actually calculate it. Eneco, Wocozon, the housing association—none of them can tell you how much money you'd have saved by now (the panels have been installed for over a year), but at the same time, they blithely claim that it's impossible to be more expensive than without them. It's totally not worth the stress and the research, and I really want to get rid of them, but that's simply not possible for the life of me… I've even told Wocozon that I'm willing to pay a cancellation fee, as long as it's a somewhat reasonable amount. I used to pay €80 for a full year's worth of electricity (after energy tax reduction); now I pay Wocozon €168 per year just for the rental of their panels, and of course, my regular fixed and variable electricity costs are on top of that. Oh, and this is all before the net metering scheme is abolished. Once that happens, there will, of course, be no financial savings at all. I suspect that Wocozon (or another company) will introduce "home batteries" by then to "help us" again. We'll have to rent them for 50 euros a month or so, just you wait. It's all a charade, supposedly saving money, and then there's a mountain of subsidies on those panels too. This supposedly necessary sustainability/energy transition is costing us a fortune. Be warned, people!

Fast and efficient technicians who neatly cleaned up the mess and even vacuumed up the sawdust with the handy vacuum cleaner. Friendly and helpful.

The worst and most appalling service imaginable! In April, the housing association (RessortWonen) contacted Wocozon and replaced them with Stedin. Until April, we had never had any problems with the feed-in measurement of our solar panels. After that, a technician came to install the new Wocozon device. After spending hours trying to install the device at our house, the technician indicated there was an electrical leak, preventing him from installing it. The Stedin device had always worked, and we hadn't had any problems until this technician arrived. The housing association then sent another technician to fix the problem. This other technician confirmed there was no leak and that everything was working properly. I had every confidence in this. After that, someone had to come again to get the device working. After three months of trying to get in touch to get it working, no technician has come, and scheduling an appointment seems impossible! The housing association sent an email, but Wocozon hasn't responded to that either. I've also called several times to schedule an appointment, but each time I'm kept on hold and promised the technician will call me, but this never happens. I'm paying higher rent because I'm supposed to receive some energy back from my solar panels, but that energy back hasn't been there for three months, and Wocozon's meter readings have been zero for three months. This is ridiculous. The housing association shouldn't be doing business with these kinds of disreputable organizations anymore! It's a disgrace.
