The final price ended up being almost €1,000 higher than the initial offer because they claimed they couldn’t accurately predict the full scope of work — even though they visited three times before making the offer. They left the old pipes in place, saying they couldn’t remove them. They also promised to take care of some finishing work, which never happened. On top of that, they forgot about my request to service the air conditioning. That said, the boiler was installed neatly and efficiently, so I’d say they’re competent when it comes to standard jobs but seem to struggle with anything outside the norm.

I paid €250 for what was described as a yearly service. Less than a month later, the device became completely unusable and had to be discarded. When I contacted the shop to request a refund or resolution, I was told, “leave all the reviews you want, we will just say you are lying.” Due to the outcome of the service and the response I received, I have initiated legal proceedings. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Really happy with the service! They got back to me super quickly and within a couple of days my new boiler was up and running. The team were professional, gave me great advice, and the price was very fair. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience — highly recommend!
