Last year, we had uPVC window frames installed by WK Dormers, using special glass for insulation. But I think we were ripped off because I requested an invoice with the glass code to apply for a subsidy. I called, emailed, and texted hundreds of times, but no code, just a rude mouth from the owner. Unfortunately, a very bad experience.

There was a problem with our roller shutters, which we had installed by WK Dakkapellen. After contacting them, they resolved the problem professionally.

Fast service, fair price. And they fix everything! We now have two dormers on our house. The roller shutter wasn't working properly on the second one, but everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. If you compare prices, these people are the cheapest. However, you do need to be handy or know handy people to finish everything nicely inside.

Almost two years ago, we had a dormer installed by WK. Initially, everything seemed fine, except for one minor issue that was promptly resolved. When we wanted to finish the dormer, we unfortunately discovered several defects that needed to be resolved to prevent further damage. Unfortunately, this proved impossible after consulting with WK Dakkapellen. We ultimately had to hire legal assistance, but even then, they didn't honor the agreements. To continue our renovation (which had been halted for a year and a half), we finally agreed to a settlement. Unfortunately, this cost us a considerable amount of time and money. What I found most frustrating was the difficulty in communicating with WK, from the moment we reported the defects. Making mistakes isn't a problem, as long as they're resolved properly. Ultimately, this delayed our renovation considerably, leaving us in dire straits. I wouldn't wish what happened to us on anyone.
