We started the works in our house with Derwort. The plumber was professional and nice. During works we got the wrong radiators and had to wait 2 months, so we put on hold the remaining works. Now we finally got the radiators, and when we contacted them by email, we could only get an appointment two months later after the summer holidays. We tried to call and arrange at least the urgent part of the works (connecting bathroom taps to water), leaving the least urgent parts (mounting radiators) until after the holidays, but the person making the appointments was unreachable and refused to discuss the case further. During the last phone call, the operator closed the phone while I was talking. We were left with the only choice of finding another company, as we cannot wait two months without water in our bathroom. This review has been adjusted to include factual information.

Great service! My heating system was not working the day after Christmas, I had no hot water in the shower and had the house full of guests. I call them sharp at 08:00 and the problem was fixed before the end of the morning. Quick and professional!

Derwort did a great job renovating our bathroom a few years ago. I needed their help for something else recently and they were there to sort it out promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.
