After numerous contacts with suppliers, I discovered that the connection between the Anna thermostat and the heat pump couldn't be made. I called Witsiers and spoke with Peter. A technician, Jaiden, was sent immediately. He was friendly and meticulous. He checked everything, and new equipment was ordered and installed. After weeks, everything is working perfectly now, and all this just a day before the holidays. My sincere thanks to the employees of this company; I will highly recommend them.

Great service, rare in these times of severe technical staff shortages. While installing two air conditioners, they also repaired another one at the same time, such a DIY job. Neatly repaired. The invoice was also very reasonable!
