The first few times, the guy didn't show up, and I had to call him myself. He finally showed up, but he didn't carry out part of the work. I confronted him about it, and then (when it was convenient for him) he came back several more times, but some problems persisted. He repeatedly missed appointments and gave advice that didn't help. He kept failing, gave questionable advice, and communicated poorly. He was a nice guy, but not recommended. The problems were resolved immediately by a different company.

I had a faucet replaced by Wisse Installations. The first time, the technician simply didn't show up, and the second time, they were half an hour late. After the job was done, I asked for the invoice, but I didn't hear anything. Three months later, I finally received it, but I couldn't open it. I asked for another email, and I heard nothing for another couple of weeks. Incredibly poor service, truly unprofessional. Not recommended.

Wisse Installaties repaired a leak at the ridge of our roof with an excellent and affordable solution. They came to take a look promptly upon initial contact. They communicated well about the appointment and potential costs, and the invoice was very reasonable!
