I used their service for the first time five years ago. This was for air conditioning. Back then, excellent delivery, excellent service, really great... But....... The last two years have been bad. Last year, I called three times about the boiler. The answer I got was... you'll be called back soon... not so. In the end, I called another installer. Recently called for maintenance and an air conditioning inspection. They're coming from their uncle. Scheduled an appointment... great. Today between 10:30 and 11:30. Well, nobody. At 1:15 PM, I called to see if they were even coming. "Sir, we're going to look into it." We'll call back in half an hour. An hour and a half hungover, so I called again. "Sir, we can't find it anywhere." We can't find anything about your air conditioning either; we don't know what went wrong. I think I have... but anyway. Looking for another installer.

Been a customer for years. Unfortunately the last 2 years bad experiences. No service, difficult to make an appointment. And when you have an appointment it is not kept. For me reason to look for an installer who is reliable and service oriented.

Poor consultation and communication about what exactly he was doing. Normally fine, this time disappointingly poor, and unnecessary costs incurred on a depreciated boiler that was only supposed to be for basic maintenance, but was completely ignored.

Excellent service. A problem with the floor/wall heating and with our boiler was resolved very quickly. We were not yet existing customers, but despite that, everything was handled quickly. Skilled technicians, and we were kept well informed about the schedule. Great experience.
