Disappointing and unreliable: that was our experience with real estate agent Andreas. They were a bit strange with their pricing. You also have to negotiate commission fees with this agent, and I agree with the previous review on that point. We certainly won't be returning.

Worst real estate agent in New Zealand. Completely unreliable!! He made us travel 260 km and then didn't even show up at the chalet to tell us it had been sold a week earlier. We only found out after we called. Luckily, there's a competent and reliable agent in Egmond. Mr. Kruijff keeps his appointments and gets back to you if you have any questions. Addendum: Apparently, Winkel & Buis can only read and use contact information correctly if they expect to make a sale. After all, scheduling the appointment and sending the property details worked fine.
