Satisfied with the product and delivery. However, the process was characterized by miscommunication among colleagues, poor communication with us as customers, administrative incompetence, and failure to honor agreements: the company promised to fully handle the subsidy process. After three months of waiting and numerous unsuccessful phone calls, this didn't happen. Trust was repeatedly damaged. Ultimately, this was resolved within half an hour. Such a shame.

I'm incredibly satisfied! I was able to schedule an appointment to have the glass replaced within a day. Everything was also handled perfectly with the insurance company. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Absolutely recommended!

Wimmer installed the glass on our stairs. It went smoothly and quickly. After a while, a strip was no longer in place. We called Wimmer, and they quickly fixed it. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, after three weeks, several phone calls, and emails, I still haven't received a call or email back, and I haven't received a quote. It's clearly not Wimmerglas anymore. A missed opportunity.

If you have a lot of vacation time and a lot of patience, then you've come to the right place with this company. On July 31, 2023, I reported glass damage to a steel interior door through my insurance company. The first time, they came to measure the damage, which was fine. The second time, a few weeks later, someone else came and said he couldn't replace the glass because it was in a steel door and he had no experience with it. After a few more weeks (during which I always had to call myself), two glaziers came to my house. Unfortunately, they forgot the glass, and the appointment had to be rescheduled. They promised everything would be taken care of. After waiting again, it was now December 2023, and two more glaziers came. "No, unfortunately," was the answer, "we won't start this because we have no experience with this." You read that correctly, it's now December 2023. I didn't hear anything from this company until January 2024. I called a different glazier. They came to measure the glass, and a day later it was replaced. Glass Service Haelen, or whatever names you use online. Again, if you have the time and a lot of patience, that's fine. But I've removed this company from my phone list.
