Caution! This is a so-called "sticker sticker." He puts a maintenance sticker on it when the measurements are okay, but he didn't check it properly afterward. This can lead to very dangerous situations. Fortunately, after the problems a qualified company came by to correct his poor maintenance.

Our boiler had been serviced by Wilo for years, and as the new owners, we gave this company a try. Excellent advice; he didn't try to sell us more than necessary and was also honest about things that could still be used, which I appreciate. He'll definitely be the one we call again next time we do need a new boiler. EDIT: We finally had a boiler installed, and he was very quick to do it. It was a messy job, but it was installed according to instructions. When we needed him later (a half-baked job), he didn't respond (despite a maintenance appointment). We had to call another company because of the hassle, and it turned out his expertise wasn't all that great. He likes to sell new boilers, but he avoids difficult jobs or handles them with a blunt axe. It turned out he unnecessarily destroyed our ceiling, which I initially thought was inevitable. He takes advantage of well-meaning customers who give him a chance. It's a shame our trust was abused; I feel really bad about it.

A central heating boiler that didn't provide hot water and the heating stayed cold. So there you are... stuck in the cold with a 4-month-old baby. We called Wilo, and they were able to come that same afternoon! We were happy and nice and warm. Friendly and professional service! They'll definitely be the man we call again for future jobs!
