We wanted to get off gas completely and were looking for a reliable installation company. Coincidentally, a Willems-Prinssen van is always parked opposite our house, and that's how we found them. We requested a quote in January, even though we couldn't leave our gas supplier until June. This wasn't a problem; the quote remained valid. The installation itself took three days and was done very efficiently. It all looks great, and everything was tidied up neatly so we weren't left with the mess. Very helpful. We also received a detailed explanation of the system. During the first week, we noticed that the heat pump continued to heat, even though it was already very warm inside. Apparently, it was a faulty thermostat, and that was quickly resolved. A great experience! If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the email communication. It often took a long time to get a response. As a customer, it's better to call!

Too much work to resolve. The boiler wasn't registered with the supplier for warranty, resulting in a part not being replaced on time: leaks from the attic to the kitchen. Unskilled staff asked for assistance connecting the solar water heater. They agreed that the shower tray should be level with the tiled floor, provided a set of legs that raised the shower tray 10 cm, and then failed to provide a solution, refusing to even take the legs back. Two outdoor taps, one with a shut-off valve due to frost and one without: "winters in the Netherlands aren't that harsh anymore." There was a leak in the roof gutters, and the toilet itself had already been dismantled three times due to leaks.

What a crappy company. Made an appointment for boiler maintenance...they never showed up. If they have an excuse that the technician doesn't have his certificate yet...then your company's affairs are not in order. A
