I've worked twice with Nicolette at VanHuyse, who was recommended to us by a contact. From the first moment as our buying agent, her service was attentive and honest, spending time to understand our unique needs. She recommended options for different ways we could compromise (more space vs better location etc.) and came with ideas for properties that might work for us. She went (literally) on a journey with us while we visited several priorities and areas and helped us through demonstration to understand better what we needed. When we had problems with mortgage lenders, selling agents or needed more information, Nicolette was quick to help, offering solutions and resources. We successfully bought our new home via Nicolette, who kept us calm all the way from putting in an offer to signing and getting the keys. Her communication with all parties was personal and warm, yet still assertive where needed. Just what we were looking for! I trusted her completely and already worked with her again as the selling agent for my old house, with which I was also very happy.

Heel erg fijn geholpen door Willem in ons aankoopproces. Van A tot Z heeft hij ons bijgestaan met advies. Met het juiste bod was de woning snel van ons en heeft Willem ons daarna geholpen met het in orde maken van alle stuken. Zeer ervaren en iemand die echt meedenkt met jou als persoon!

Om van buiten de regio naar Brabant te verhuizen is een grote stap, en vooral als je weinig kennis hebt van de woningmarkt op de plek waar je wilt gaan zoeken. Met Willem als aankoop makelaar aan onze zijde was dit vanaf het eerste moment vertrouwd en hebben we veel uit handen kunnen geven. De woning die we op het oog hadden was binnen no time van ons, dankzij de inzet en vakkundigheid van Willem! Hele fijne ervaring.

In de huidige overspannen huizenmarkt is het fijn om een makelaar te treffen, die zijn (en ons!) hoofd koel houdt. Geen opgeblazen verhalen, maar realistisch inzicht en advies, luisteren naar ons als kopers en rekening houdend met onze wensen en financiële mogelijkheden. Dat hebben we gevonden bij Wim Snoeren, Register Makelaar bij VanHuyse. Een prettig mens, die het totale traject beheerst en van begin tot eind inclusief de opleveringsinpectie voor en met ons heeft doorlopen. We zouden het niet beter hebben kunnen treffen! Samen vonden we het ideale huis, dat dicht bij onze kinderen en kleinkinderen is gelegen met voorzieningen, die bij onze leeftijd passen en voor een prijs, die wij ons kunnen permitteren. Wij geen stress en voldoening, Willem een succesvol project en tevreden klanten.
