This company is never open to discussions over the phone; they only suggest sending an email if you have problems or calling another company for service. They then don't follow up. Marco is never willing to engage in conversation. They installed over €20,000 worth of uPVC window frames for me, which aren't waterproof and have several rotating parts that don't work properly. Experts have been present, and they say the installation was very unprofessional, resulting in the hinges and locks not working properly. In short, never do business with this company.
