They promise to call and then don't, and that is already the second time. First, right before the summer holidays, they suddenly showed up at the door: "Yes, we're coming to repair the cracks." When you indicate that we can't do it right now, they say: "We'll call for an appointment." In December, they called, but I had to cancel that appointment. Then they say you will be called for a new appointment, and now, more than a week later, still nothing. It will probably take another six months.
