Contacted them on a Friday to help with a problem with my heating system. Agree with them to come on a Saturday, since it was urgent. A nice guy showed up on time, but with no equipment to fix the problem. After 15 minutes, he asked for a 225 EUR pay. I asked him to produce first an invoice, which he did (not without arguing first). It turned out to be for 211,75 EUR instead of the original 225, and the invoice item "1 hour work during weekends". We paid the scam, our problem still not solved. Not recommendable.

Omid gave me a fesh perspective on what it means to provide good quality service. He first asked if i was clear on the price, i said yes, 175 but then he mentioned that is without btw, which wasnt clear to me at first but hey. He was friendly, assured me the problem was easily fixable. He took his time and got to work quickly but with diligence. The sink was still not flowing to a flowrate he expects and continues the process 4 times before he was satisfied. He insisted on testing multiple times and until he was finally satisfied. Which brings me to the point that he took his work seriously and with pride. Most of all giving me also the confidence that the work has been done properly.

These guys are fantastic !! They receive your call at 7:30 in the morning, come at 10:30 and get the work done before noon (and it was not an emergency)...what else do you want? And to top it, they are not pushy in making you spend extra money on materials or their labour -if it's not needed, they simply advise you likewise. Definitely will recommend them for any water boiler/plumbing tasks 👌🏼
