Last year I invested heavily in making my home more sustainable; the latest project involved uPVC window frames. After contacting Westers Kunstofkozijnen, explaining my wishes and what was possible, Jakob came by to take all the measurements. Jakob is very friendly and takes plenty of time for the customer. Since I changed my requirements in the meantime, the production process took a little longer, but I was happy to accept that. The frames were installed on January 7, 2025, and the result is outstanding. Many thanks for the mutual trust; you can be very proud of the entire team.

Two years ago, we had new sliding doors installed. Good quality, but the lead flashing hadn't been replaced. This caused a leak. Westers outsourced the repair to a contractor who had to come back three times, but the leak was still there. It cost us a new cork floor. We were so frustrated, and we only contacted them; they never called. Good product, sloppy installation. Four years later, another leak—what a disaster. Well, I hope they live up to 200%.
