After years of enjoyment from my screen that is used all year round, a small problem (screen retracts occasionally) for which I called. Exactly as agreed, the next day technical assistance by phone. Excellent service even years after purchase (+-15 years), thank you Westdijk Home Style, with you the customer is really still king. Top service of the highest order. 👍👍👍 not many companies do this.

More than fantastic company!!! What a fantastic company Wesdijk Homestyle is!! In 2020, they delivered a beautiful patio cover to our beach club, to our complete satisfaction. Just under two weeks ago, the cover stopped working, so we contacted them. Action was taken very quickly, and upon inspection, it turned out the wheels were jammed in the guides. This meant we could no longer use the cover. New, necessary wheels, etc., were ordered. Last week, Wesdijk sent a small team of technicians, and within a few hours, the cover was as good as new, without causing any inconvenience to our guests. Because Wesdijk had forgotten to inform us that the guides needed to be rinsed weekly to prevent salt and sand from oxidizing, this was done as a courtesy service without an invoice. That's what we call service-oriented!! Hats off to Wesdijk Homestyle, what a fantastic company you are. Of course, we'll be flushing every week now!!😉😉 We recommend this company 100%!!!
