We're incredibly happy with Natasja and Wilco as the agents selling our apartment. From the very first moment, our contact was pleasant. They're genuine, take complete care of everything while still allowing you, as the seller, to express your preferences. They're easily accessible, and communicate quickly and clearly. Natasja even came by to take photos and style the apartment. They know the market well, and that was reflected in the incredibly good selling price we received! I had a pleasant experience working with them. Accessibility is excellent, and in the app group, responses are received within a few hours (if not almost immediately). The house sold for a good price. I also find the advice provided upfront valuable; it has proven effective in practice. We also sought and received advice regarding the purchase of our new home. In short, no complaints, and I highly recommend this real estate agent!
