Unfortunately, it's outside their operating area. Nevertheless, they took ample time to advise me on how to configure the system using a hybrid heat pump and the evohome system. This was completely irrelevant. A top-notch company 👌 with extensive knowledge in the field.

After all sorts of problems with aligning my Daikin hybrid heat pump system with the Evohome system, I was finally advised to abandon that combination. My mind was filled with confusion! I finally called Leo de Boer... Unfortunately, he didn't answer. A minute later, my phone rang back, asking what the problem was. It was such a relief to hear from him! I explained the problem and received a clear and concise explanation that provided additional insight. So, there are still professionals out there who care about the person and the nature of the problem... Today we had a central heating breakdown, but we didn't have a maintenance contract. We spent the whole day calling various companies, but no one was willing or able to help. The friendly man from Waterland Installation who answered the phone made no bones about the fact that we weren't contracted with them. He was very friendly and immediately found an available engineer! The engineer arrived within an hour (and that on a Friday afternoon!). This engineer was also very friendly and helpful. The boiler actually needed replacing, but that wasn't in our budget at the time. After careful consideration, we decided to replace a part that would help us temporarily, so we wouldn't be left out in the cold. And indeed, the central heating is working again, and we now have some time to save up for a new one! Truly excellent service, and a thousand thanks again! We are so happy with this company!
