Tjun demonstrated an impressive understanding of the differences in materials, which was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward the right choice which was bio-ethanol in the end. He also took the time to ensure the fireplace and design aligned perfectly with our preferences. We had numerous back-and-forth communications, and his explanations were always clear and attentive. Beautiful, high-quality wood-burning stove from Dik Geurts with a new surround. The installer was very helpful in finding the perfect height to align with the furniture and solutions for the wood storage that will be added on the right (after the subfloor is replaced). The walls were delivered ready to paint and installed perfectly. Everything was taken care of in a single morning. Very satisfied!
