A 29 cents product is not in stock, they ordered it for me, sent me a text message when it arrived. When I came to pick it up, it was packed in a small paper bag together with invoice. I paid 29 cents and went out with a happy face.

I brought my Tado heating valve to them last Saturday because the installation wasn't going smoothly. I thought I needed a connector, but it turned out I didn't. The location doesn't sell Tado, and the employee isn't a fan. Nevertheless, they went to great lengths to help me, tested it on their own product, and took the time to send me home feeling confident. Thanks for that! You don't see this everywhere.
