A heat pump for your home is highly recommended. Honest, expert advice throughout the entire process, from the first meeting with (in our case) Jeroen van Raaij. We had a heat pump installed in March 2020, along with a new, compatible boiler. A substantial investment of well over €10,000 with a relatively new company was a bit nerve-wracking, wondering if everything would go as planned. A heat pump for your home has more than met our expectations. We are extremely satisfied. Everything works perfectly. Very important to us... the people who installed it were very courteous and professional. They were problem-solvers. So... need a heat pump? Boiler? Air conditioning? It was a fantastic experience. Jeroen and David were the only ones willing to help me install an all-electric heat pump in our terraced house, with an indoor unit in the attic. It took some time to coordinate the details beforehand. And in January, the NIBE 2120-8 was installed. Thanks, guys!

You're constantly being strung along with empty promises, but ultimately, they can't even hold a phone...
