We purchased and had a hybrid heat pump installed by Warmtemakers in December 2025. We were impressed by the expertise of the employee, Mr. van Loon, who handled both the sales and installation. He's a true professional with extensive experience. We received excellent and practical advice. When our old boiler suddenly broke down while waiting for the installation, we were left in the cold. Warmtemakers was incredibly helpful, adjusting their schedule and installing a new boiler for us within a few days. We are incredibly grateful for that. The installation was carried out professionally and efficiently. The employees are very easy to reach by phone, which is also helpful. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and neatly executed. Helpful craftsmen. The great thing is that during the quote meeting, they meticulously explained how the structure could be installed, preventing additional work and unnecessary costs. I also really appreciated the direct communication with the head office!

Our installation was scheduled for September 29th, but the last time we connected everything was on January 4th. This meant more than two months of nothing but cold, often cold water. I called about this frequently, and when I reached customer service, they were helpful and genuinely willing to help. However, I wasn't impressed with the technicians working half days, going home, and having a long weekend, knowing the installation hadn't gone well. This often meant no heating and no hot water for the weekend. They even offered to check if we could shower at family's. I would look elsewhere if you're considering a heat pump; they seem good and professional until you actually have them do the work. I also received an invoice a month before it was all working, and they told me that the thermometer shouldn't be placed near the heat pump because it gets too hot there, but in the living room. After many promises that they could fix it, they told me on the last day of the installation that it was my problem. All in all, very happy that I went for a heat pump, but very disappointed that I went to Heat Makers for this.

Na eerste contactmoment per telefoon, kwam de volgende dag een technisch onderbouwde adviseur over de vloer om de situatie goed door te nemen. Deze heeft me goed uitgelegd, dat wat ik eigenlijk wilde helemaal niet kon en er een veel eenvoudigere oplossing was. Binnen 3 werkdagen een keurige en uitvoerig voorstel gekregen, waarin nogmaals alles werd uitgelegd. 3 weken later is de warmtepomp installatie opgeleverd en werkt als een zonnetje! Laat de winter nu maar komen!
