What great service! Today I continued my search for bathroom tiles. Earlier this year, I suffered leak damage that required tearing open the wall. The same tile was nowhere to be found. My insurance only covered one wall; they're a bunch of crooks. I needed someone willing to think along because I'm financially unable to replace all the tiles in the bathroom. So, I was looking for a nice contrast and a good combination. After being confronted with unhelpful, uncooperative staff in several cases, I found Jan at this company. Jan was proactive, helped me find the right tiles, and was willing to let me take them home twice to see if they were a good match. He also had the friendliness I often miss at other companies. What a relief! I ordered beautiful tiles and went home feeling good. My bathroom is looking beautiful again. Thank you, Jan!

No one even says hello. One staff member was far too busy. The lighting was poor, so you couldn't see the tiles. Several other people were leaving. Someone else might be able to help you, so you're off to another place. A customer who leaves like that won't come back.
