Right after the house was posted, all meeting slots were already taken. I’ll be blacklisting this agency, and I’d advise you to consider doing the same.

We sold our house through this real estate agent. This resulted in a good and quick sale, but the collaboration with the selling agent, Ronald himself, was inconsistent and often frustrating. The real estate agent did not supervise the photo shoot. The photographer made no styling adjustments and photographed the house exactly as it was. During a previous sale through a different agent, we experienced how valuable active guidance and styling can be during such a session. This was completely lacking here. Viewers were presented with an incomplete file via Move. Important homeowners' association (VvE) documents were missing. Furthermore, the documents that were shared contained personal data that had been explicitly redacted beforehand. Because of these errors, the documents were even temporarily completely inaccessible to viewers, precisely on the day before the viewings. The real estate agent was ill-prepared for the first viewing. He failed to properly inform viewers about the desired transfer date, lacked prior knowledge of relevant building regulations, and knew nothing about the homeowners' association (VvE). He clearly hadn't read the available documents and didn't have information from previous conversations at hand. Only after a phone call at the end of the day, during which we refreshed his memory, did the second viewing go more smoothly. It also resulted in fewer questions from viewers. We didn't receive any feedback after that second viewing. In addition, we had to remind him several times of agreements made, for example, regarding the use and leaving of the house key. Our house ultimately sold well and quickly, at a price we were happy with. That deserves a mention. What stood out: at the start of our collaboration, the agent was interested and active, but that engagement disappeared almost completely once the process was underway. We experienced him as absent-minded and strongly operating according to his own rules. When we discussed our feedback with him, he ignored it. He kept referring to his procedures and intentions, without taking responsibility for the consequences for us as sellers. This made an open, relaxed collaboration difficult. In short: don't expect strict guidance or careful communication. What you do expect is someone who charts his own course and is capable of achieving a good selling price. But at the price of peace, coordination and trust in the process.
