We bought a house through this real estate agent. He didn't take the time to talk to us; during the viewing, he was constantly on the phone. It was incredibly difficult to get in touch with this agent. Afterward, we contacted the seller of the house, and it turned out the agent had lied about several things. The seller had even accepted previous offers, but the agent hadn't acted on them, still waiting for higher offers. Unfortunately, he was only looking for commission instead of helping people find a house. Luckily, we had a relaxed seller with whom we could handle things ourselves. Absolutely do not recommend this man! One star is unfortunately too much. Forewarned is forearmed.
