I've had such an honest and clean company for a long time. They always stick to their agreements. You only get an invoice when everything is finished. And the installers are truly fantastic. I'm so happy with this company, a 10. If you want to order an air conditioner, order it early (of course, they have delivery times, and they're busy in the summer) with this company. Good and honest work. And everyone is so friendly and accessible. Top marks.

Very satisfied with WACON! Last year, we had a multi-split outdoor unit with 3 air conditioning units installed on the first and second floors. Last week, we had an outdoor and indoor unit installed for the living room. Strengths: - They came to take a look beforehand. Not a salesperson, but someone who actually does the work. They listen carefully and think along with you in a solution-oriented manner. - The quote and price are acceptable. - Pleasant communication during the work. - They work neatly. - They know they're guests; just take off your work shoes inside if possible. - Everything is delivered to the customer's complete satisfaction, with an explanation of how it works. - Good service: a minor issue on the first floor was resolved immediately. - Everything is left tidy. - They send an email for maintenance. Today, the cars were installed by Wacon Climate Technology, staffed by exceptionally skilled professionals. The work was done very neatly and courteous young men!
