Top-notch service, even with a leak after 2.5 years! Our underfloor heating was installed in April 2023. We were very satisfied with how it was done. Clear information, good agreements, and a very pleasant workmanship. After 2.5 years, the pressure in our boiler dropped. It turned out there was a leak in the floor near the manifold. Martien resolved this under warranty. He cut open the floor, repaired the leak, finished the floor, and repaired the PVC. It seems simple when you read this, but it was a major job and perfectly executed. Kudos for the excellent service and aftercare.

Great company, pleasant people. They worked very neatly; no dust or damage after installing the underfloor heating. To us, they were actually a subcontractor for a flooring installer that we had hired. When we asked for a quick check-in and advice, they came by quickly and outside of working hours. The analysis by the owner was very professional, and the advice was clear and accurate. They were also flexible regarding the change of order (we needed a slightly different manifold model that was also heat pump-ready). They were going to install the standard model first and then replace it with the correct unit. In after-sales, they neatly came to replace a heat pump (the newer model had arrived later). And regarding a small question of ours—a beginner's mistake—I received a friendly and quick response. I highly recommend this company. Professional advice, they keep their promises, work neatly, and are friendly in after-sales. Top-notch.
