I don't retract anything from the review below. Excellent professional. However: after installing a new Remeha central heating system in August 2022, the man is completely unreachable, doesn't respond to phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp. He's apparently largely quit and gone elsewhere for employment. And what are we supposed to do now with service, warranty, and maintenance? Sometimes you encounter suppliers and professionals who make you think, "We better not tell anyone about this." And keep this man as a "best kept secret." Honest, extremely knowledgeable, and value for money. Yes, communication can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, as I've noticed; but what can you expect in this day and age? If you stand next to him for an hour, the thing beeps every minute. I'm glad he doesn't have a secretary for that; you pay for it all yourself, you know. He's a small business owner, handles his emails between 10:00 PM and midnight, and is happy to visit you or me in the evenings and weekends, and he doesn't charge a fortune for his driving fee. I really shouldn't have posted all this like that.

A great professional who also thinks along with you to find the best possible solution. We are very satisfied with the final result. He resolved a problem with another drain through the wall during the installation of a new water heater very effectively. You can expect a little more from him than from other installation professionals. The only (and not insignificant) drawback is his communication style. It's almost impossible to communicate by phone (he never answers), and it can sometimes take several weeks to hear back from you via email. So, if you're not in a hurry, he's definitely recommended. However, if you're looking for someone who is always easily accessible and responds to emails immediately, you'll want to choose someone else.

After previous pleasant experiences with William Liebregts, I called him regarding a leaking water drain and fill valve on the central heating boiler. Initially, he didn't answer. As a self-employed person, I think to myself: "People who have nothing to do can always answer the phone." I understand and accept that William often has his hands full. So, about 10 minutes later, I called again, and successfully. I immediately made an appointment for the next morning (on the weekend!) between 10:00 and 11:00. Around half past ten, he was at the door, replaced the broken expansion vessel with a new one, and the old valve with a fine tap. He gave expert advice regarding a CO detector, because the 25-year-old central heating boiler is leaking 'flue gas'. At my request, he also provided a rough cost estimate for installing a new boiler. I'm going to save up for that for a while, but with a CO detector near the current boiler, 'for the time being'. It was once again a pleasure doing business with this calm and skilled craftsman.
